Can I connect more than one e-mail account to SuperOffice and archive e-mails from them?
It depends on which e-mail client you use in SuperOffice.
If you are using Microsoft Outlook with Mail Link (Web Tools):
You can archive your e-mails from several e-mail accounts that are accessible in Outlook. To select the account you want to send from, you must either change the default e-mail account in Outlook, or click on view in the From field and then manually change your account each time.
If you are using SuperOffice CRM Inbox:
You can only gain access to/be connected to one e-mail account at a time. SuperOffice Inbox also does not support "Catch-all" mailbox. To switch to a different mailbox, you must do it manually by logging out.
