How do I download and install Web Tools for SuperOffice?

Please follow this FAQ, if you use SuperOffice Online, SuperOffice Onsite 8.5 R11 or newer version.

 

You will automatically be asked to upgrade or install SuperOffice Web Tools when you log in to SuperOffice CRM through your browser for the first time. If this wizard does not appear or in case you need to download SuperOffice Web Tools again, you can do it manually, by following the steps below:

  1. Log into SuperOffice CRM and in the top menu click on the  button, then click Download and select SuperOffice Web Tools.


     
  2. Please choose Personal computer Home/office and click Next.

Installation on Windows Operating System

  1. You will be asked to select the email client that you would like to configure your SuperOffice CRM with.


     
    • If you use Outlook email client, simply select the Outlook icon and click Next.
       
    • If you use Gmail, select the second icon and click Next. This FAQ explains how to configure your Gmail account with SuperOffice CRM.
       
    • If you prefer to use SuperOffice email client, click on the third button and hit Next. This FAQ explains how to configure it.
       
  2. Click on the Download SuperOffice Web Tools button.


     
  3. SuperOffice Web Tools installers file will be downloaded to your computer's download folder. Double-click on the file to open the wizard.


     
  4. Then click Install to start the installation.


     
  5. During the installation, SuperOffice Web Tools will connect to your SuperOffice CRM site and, you will see the message in the screenshot below, click OK to remove it.


     
  6. Click Close to close the installers wizard.


     
  7. Then click on the Close button to close the Web Tools installation wizard.


     
  8. Please refresh your web browser to complete the Web Tools set up.

Note!

1. You might need to fill in your SuperOffice credentials for Web Tools to connect to the site.



2. If you had Mail Link configured with another site before, you will be asked to permit a new configuration, click Yes to proceed.

 

 

Installation on Mac Operating System

  1. SuperOffice Web Tools installers file will be downloaded to your computer's download folder. It can be access via the web browser too.


     
  2. Double-click on the file SuperOffice WebTools Installer.pkg to start the installation.


     
  3. Click on the Continue button.


     
  4. Then click on the Install button.


     
  5. If the security dialog pops up, please type in your user name and password to continue installation and click on the Install Software button.


     
  6. The system will warn you that "Installer" would like to access files in your Download folder. Click OK to continue.


     
  7. During the installation, SuperOffice Web Tools will try to connect to your SuperOffice CRM site. Please fill in your SuperOffice user name and password and click on the login button.


     
  8. Click Close to complete the installation.


     
  9. Click on the Close button to close the the installation wizard.


     
  10. Please refresh your web browser to complete the Web Tools set up.
