What is the way to create an e-mail template in SuperOffice CRM and use it when I am sending e-mails?
I used to be able to open, edit, and save documents from SuperOffice with Office programs. Now documents in the SuperOffice are being downloaded and opened locally and no changes made in an existing document are saved.
Previously after double-clicking on an e-mail in SuperOffice, a new e-mail dialog in Outlook would open, now SuperOffice e-mail dialog gets opened instead.

I want to edit a document in SuperOffice CRM, but after I double click on it, I get a notification that says:
“This document is currently being edited by …. You will not be able to edit the document and save your changes. Do you want to open it in Read mode?”
However, my colleague, who is mentioned in the notification, is not editing a document.
