Why not all activities are visible in my Diary in SuperOffice?

In SuperOffice there are two types of activities: Follow-ups and Documents, please read this article to learn more about different types of activities

Follow-ups in turn is a collective term for appointments, phone calls and tasks. In Diary you can see only two types of follow-ups: Appointments (1) and Phone calls (2). Appointments are visible in activities section tab after the time they have been set to finish. Tasks (3) are visible in an activities archive. 

Note!

  1. As a default Tasks do not have start and finish time.
     
  2. If you do not see some your tasks in activity section tab, you might want to set a preference which controls how many days ahead tasks should appear in the tab.
