How do I upload a new document template in SuperOffice CRM?

Please follow this FAQ, if you use SuperOffice Online,
SuperOffice Onsite 8.5 R11 or newer version.

Apart from a number of standard document templates offered by SuperOffice CRM, you can also create and upload your own document templates. Simply follow the instructions below.

  1. Log into Settings and Maintenance in SuperOffice CRM.
     
  2. Select Lists from the navigation menu and choose Document template from the top drop-down menu.


     
  3. Click Add button at the bottom of the screen. A new dialog box will appear. Here you can upload your file, give it a name and enter other details if needed and click Save.


     
  4. In the Details tab select Direction, Document type and where the document is stored. If the document template you uploaded will be used for Quote, select Quote document type and choose which type of template it is. 

    Note!  As a default documents are stored in SO Arc folder on server where SuperOffice is installed. Documents can also be stored in Google or Office365 cloud. Check links to SuperOffice appstore below.


     
  5. In the Language tab you can upload different language versions of the same document. Simply click +Add and in the pop up dialog select Language, upload document and click Add.




     
  6. Click Save and your template is ready to use in SuperOffice.
