How do I insert an e-marketing subscription management link in the privacy confirmation (Confirmation - Person added) e-mail template?

Please follow this FAQ, if you use SuperOffice Online,
SuperOffice Onsite 8.5 R11 or newer version.

To insert an e-marketing subscription management link, please follow the steps below:

  1. In Settings and Maintenance, click on the Lists button, choose Document - Template, then double-click on a template called Confirmation - Person added.


     
  2. Click Edit (1) to edit the English version of a template. Click on the Language tab (2), select a language translation and click the Edit (3) button to edit a particular language translation.

  3. Select your text (1), click on the Insert link icon (2) and in a URL field type in the variable {asmu}, which will redirect a customer to his/her personal e-marketing subscription management landing page.



    4. The link will be valid for 3 weeks after you send out a privacy confirmation e-mail. After the 3 weeks, your customers will be still able to open the link, but they will see the following message: 



    Note! "Click here to receive a new link to your primary e-mail address" link will be available for 60 days only. After this period, it will not be possible to get a new link, unless you send out a new privacy confirmation e-mail.
