Introducing a new Customer Center experience Learn more

What to do when local settings fall back to default every time I log into SuperOffice CRM?

Every time I log into SuperOffice CRM the Local settings get reset back to the default ones. Why does it happen and how do I fix it?

The language, number and date format, and e-mail client settings are stored locally, in the internet browser cookies. If you use SuperOffice CRM on different browsers or your browser deletes cookies every time you close it, these settings will be lost. To avoid it make sure your internet browser does not delete cookies after every session or allows cookies to be stored. To learn where to look for these settings:

  • check this section if you use Chrome,

  • check this section if you use Mozilla Firefox,

  • check this section if you use Internet Explorer,

  • check this section if you use Edge,

  • check this section if you use Safari.

Note!

  1. If your internet browser does store cookies as it should, but you still experience the problem, we recommend getting in touch with your IT responsible. It might be that your Windows profile settings force the deletion of browsing data.
