How do I make translations of my form in SuperOffice CRM?

What is the easiest way to create the same form in different languages?

One of the ways to prepare translations of your form in SuperOffice CRM is by copying the original form content to the new form, then translating the texts of these forms, and organized the forms in catalogs. The steps below explain how to do it:

  1. Create a new folder by clicking on the Add Folder button at the bottom-left of the Marketing screen. You can name this folder by the name of the form.

  2. Create a new form, by clicking on the Form button. To get more information on how to create forms, please check the collection of our resources.

  3. Copy this newly created form by clicking on the Task button and then choosing the Copy to new form option.

  4. Then rename (1) this form in the language you want to translate the form. In the Properties (2) section select the Folder (3) where you want to store all different translations of the same form and in the Language (4) field select the language of the form.

  5. Translate all the fields in the Fields (1) section, Double opt-in (2), Thank you page (3), Page for inactive form (4) if these sections are used. Then click Save (5) to finish.

Note!

  1. The field Contact - consent by default shows text defined in Settings & Maintenance, check this forum post for more information.

  2. E-mail response in the Action tab is not automatically selected based on the language of the form. That is why you need to create separate e-mail responses in the form's language too.
